Jay Aldebert · Profit Architect · I Find the Leak.
In the last 25 years I found over $2 billion in profit leaks. Want me to find yours?
Seven chapters. Seven lies. Seven tools.
"Most business owners are running their company on seven lies they were taught to believe. Their accountant tells them one. Their banker tells them another. The last five they tell themselves."
"I'm not selling anything. I'm not pitching anything. I find the leak. That's it."
Your financial statements were built to satisfy a tax code, not to run a company. The truth about your profit, your cash, and your real breakeven is hiding one layer beneath the numbers you trust.

The RTO diagnostic and its outputs. The methodology behind 86,000+ diagnostics and $2 billion in profit leaks recovered.
Return to Owner (RTO) is the diagnostic at the center of the ecosystem. It reads a business across 11 proprietary Business Biomarkers, feeds them through the Layer Cake model, and produces the one number every owner has to know. RTO is not a spreadsheet. It is a calibration against 86,000+ prior diagnostics.
Layer Cake is the visual model at the heart of the RTO diagnostic. The 11 Business Biomarkers feed its layers. The foundation is Minimum Mandatory Profit (MMP). The top is the Breakeven Sales figure the business must produce. Reads bottom-up as a blueprint, not top-down as a report.
Minimum Mandatory Profit (MMP) is the foundation layer of the Layer Cake. It is the profit floor a business must clear before profit is optional. MMP is built from five sub-layers, each a real claim on profit that must be funded first.
Business Biomarker Index (BBI) is the composite output score of the RTO diagnostic. Once the Layer Cake produces Breakeven Sales, BBI scores whether the business can actually hit it. It reads like a vital sign, in the red where a constraint is blocking the number. Isolates the one reading holding the business back.
RTO diagnoses. 11 Biomarkers feed the model. Layer Cake stacks them on the MMP foundation. Resolves to Breakeven Sales. BBI scores whether you can hit it.
